Hit Back to bring up your PDA. Type in: LB RB RB LB RB LB LB RB RB RB LB Hit back. You will get a prompt. READ CAREFULLY! Once cheat mode is engaged, you cannot earn achievements on that save. EVER. Then, hit back to access your PDA again, and without moving the cursor off the PMC on the map, type the following codes on the D-Pad. Codes from Pandemic Forums.

Up, Up, Up, Down, Down, Down,: Fill Fuel (Executable by either player, only affects the player who executed it)
Right, Left, Down, Up, Right, Left, Down, Up: Give All Airstrikes (except nuke) (Executable by either player, only affects the player who executed it)
Left, Right, Right, Left, Up, Up, Left, Up: Give All SUp, plies (Executable by either player, only affects the player who executed it)
Up, Down, Left, Right, Right, Left: Give All Vehicles (25 each) (Executable by either player, only affects the player who executed it)
Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right: Give Nuke (25) (Executable by either player, only affects the player who executed it)
Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Left: Infinite Ammo (Executable by either player, only affects the player who executed it)
Up, Down, Left, Down, Right, Right: Invincibility activates for both players. If a client joins a game with an invincible host the client is made invincible as well)
Up, Right, Down, Left, Up: Unlock All Costumes (Executable by either player, only affects the player who executed it)
Up, Left, Down, Right, Up: Unlock Grapping Hook (When executed by either player, activates for both players. If a client joins a game, they have access as well)

Aces High (50): Capture all HVTs alive.
Armaggedon It (20): Destroy 20 buildings.
Balls to the Wall (20): Beat the Winching Challenge three times.
Be Quick or Be Dead (10): Snipe 50 enemy vehicle drivers.
Billion Dollar Babies (25): Earn $1 billion.
Damage, Inc. (50): Use 20 airstrikes in co-op.
Digital Man (20): Unlock all shop items.
Dirty Deeds (10): You achieved maximum Universal Petroleum mood.
Eat the Heat (10): Try accelerating and braking at the same time.
Everybody Wants Some!! (50): Play with a Mercenaries 2 developer or a player who already has this Achievement.
Forever Free (10): You achieved maximum P.L.A.V. mood.
Gone Shootin' (20): Complete one of Fiona's challenges.
Hail and Kill (20): Destroy 50 objects using melee.
Heavy Metal Thunder (10): Successfully complete 10 action hijacks.
Hello, Hooray (50): You acquired the PMC.
Highway to Hell (10): Complete three different races.
Holy Smoke (20): Destroy 50 objects with a grenade.
Island of Domination (10): You achieved maximum Pirate mood.
Little Savage (20): Destroy 50 objects with an RPG launcher.
Longing For Fire (10): Achieved maximum Chinese mood.
No Compromise, No Regrets (20): You battled for Caracas.
No More Mr. Nice Guy (10): Make all factions HOSTILE.
Nothin' But a Good Time (50): Destroy 200 objects from the gunner seat in co-op.
Oil and Gasoline (20): You recruited Eva.
Partners in Crime (50): Play co-op with a friend.
Pipeline (20): Capture all outposts for a single faction.
Ride the Dragon (10): You hijacked the tank in the villa.
Runnin' with the Devil (20): You verified Blanco.
School's Out (20): You completed the tutorial.
Shoot to Thrill (20): Get 25 headshots.
Stand Up and Shout (10): Achieved maximum AN mood.
Tattooed Millionaire (25): Earn $1 million.
The Analog Kid (20): You recruited Misha.
The Hero and the Madman (50): Completed Mercenaries 2.
The Rage (20): You completed "Rescue Carmona."
We'll Burn the Sky (50): Unlock all landing zones.
Wheels of Steel (50): Come in first during a co-op race.
Wild One (20 points): You recruited Ewan.
You Better Run (20): You verified Carmona.
