Rip 'Em Apart! (15): In story mode, kill 100 enemies by cutting them.
Silverback (15): Destroy a total of 10 Mastiffs during story mode.
Slider Strike (15): Destroy a total of 10 Sliders during story mode.
Steel Tail (15): Cut off Metal Gear RAY's metal tail during File R-00.
Surprise Attack! (20): Arrive at the objective in File R-07 without being spotted.
Tearing Away the Disguise (20): Destroy all of the humanoid Dwarf Gekkos during story mode.
The Bigger They Are... (10): Destroy a total of 100 Custom Cyborgs during story mode.
The Politics of Silencing Foes (30): Defeat Sen. Armstrong without taking any damage on Hard difficulty or above.
Truly Human (30): Defeat Sundowner without taking any damage on Hard difficulty or above.
Virtually a God (50): Set the highest score on every VR Mission.
VR Master (30): Complete every VR Mission.
What Doesn't Kill You... (20): In story mode, successfully parry 10 attacks in a row in one minute or less.
Wolf Hunter (20): Destroy a total of 10 Fenrirs during story mode.
You Don't Run from Chance (15): Successfully complete 50 Executions during story mode.

Blade Wolf Achievements
DL-Story-02: Status - Closed (15): Complete DL-Story-02: Blade Wolf.
Fangs of Fury (50): Complete DL-Story-02: Blade Wolf on Revengeance difficulty in one hour or less.
Predatory Instincts (15): Defeat 30 enemies in DL-Story-02: Blade Wolf via Hunt Kills.
Wolf's Pride (20): Defeat Khamsin without taking any damage on Hard difficulty or above.

Unlimited Item Stocking
If you collect all items from boxes in an area, press (Back) and enter (Customization). Once you exit the customization screen, all item boxes will be reset, allowing you to fully stock up on items. Repeat as many times you wish.

Unlockable Wigs
Completing the game with a certain number of collected Officer Arms will unlock special wigs that you can purchase in the Customize menu. Each wig costs 50,000 BP to purchase.

Blade Mode Wig: Complete game on Hard difficulty or higher and collect all ID Chips (Left Arms)
Infinite Wig A (Unlimited Sub-Weapon ammo): Complete the game with at least 10 Officer arms
Infinite Wig B (Unlimited Fuel-Cell energy): Complete the game with at least 20 Officer arms

Unlimited BP
On File R-01 you will come across a section with a Ferris wheel, as you walk up to the Ferris wheel for the 1st time, directly to the left, in the corner of the map, will be a blue box you can break open with blade mode. It has 5,000 BP. Once you break it open & get the 5,000 BP. Call Courtney, save the game, then go restart. You'll end up in front of the Ferris wheel & able to run over to the BP stash & collect another 5,000 BP. You can repeat this process however many times you want.

Unlockable Costumes
There are also some unlockable costumes, which you can wear throughout the game. Note: Special costumes will not show up in cutscenes. Costumes are only visible during actual gameplay, this includes scripted sequences.

Custom Cyborg Body (Blue): Clear 10 VR Missions
Custom Cyborg Body (Desperado Ver.): Beat File R-04 on any difficulty.
Custom Cyborg Body (Red): Clear 6 VR Missions
Custom Cyborg Body (Yellow): Clear all VR Missions
Mariachi Uniform: Beat File R-02 on any difficulty.
Standard Body: Beat the game on Hard difficulty or higher.
Suit (Tuxedo & Shades): Beat File R-00 on Very Hard difficulty.

Very Hard and Revengeance difficulties
Do the following to unlock these difficulties for use.
