NOTE: As their name suggests hints are not exactly Perfect Dark cheats, and are usually just simple (but very useful) tips on how you can unlock secret level, features, find hidden areas and such. Hopefully these will make playing Perfect Dark even more entertaining.
Achievements
A Friend Indeed (10 points): Complete any mission in Co-operative Mode.
Act Your Age, Joanna (5 points): Destroy Carrington's wine collection.
Agent (10 points): Complete the Solo Missions on Agent.
Both Barrels (5 points): Kill an enemy when dual-wielding.
Camera Shy (10 points): Destroy 5 security cameras.
Carrington Institute Specialist (10 points): Kill at least one enemy with each of the Carrington Institute weapons.
Crowning Glory (5 points): Earn all the Leaderboard Crowns.
Datadyne Specialist (10 points): Kill at least one enemy with each of the Datadyne weapons.
Deadly Laptop (10 points): Kill 50 enemies using the laptop in sentry gun mode.
Double 64 (10 points): Kill 128 enemies using secondary fire mode.
Golden Days (10 points): Complete a Combat Simulator game on Felicity, Complex or Temple using Classic Weapons.
How's That For Starters? (10 points): Complete Datadyne Central – Defection.
Maian Specialist (10 points): Kill at least one enemy with each of the Maian weapons.
Paci-Fist (10 points): Complete any Solo Mission on Special Agent or harder using only your fists.
Perfect Agent (20 points): Complete the Solo Missions on Perfect Agent.
Prime Target (10 points): Complete every Challenge up to and including 29, the 10th Prime number.
Special Agent (15 points): Complete the Solo Missions on Special Agent.
Tools Of The Trade (10 points): Get a Bronze rating or better with all 32 weapons in the Firing Range.
Versatile (10 points): Complete a Combat Simulator game using each of the six Scenarios.
…Who Needs Enemies? (10 points): Complete any mission in Counter-Operative Mode.

There are a number of cheats which you can unlock in the solo missions. These are called "speed run" cheats, because many of them consist of beating a level on a certain difficulty in a certain amount of time, similar to the cheats in Goldeneye. They can be accessed under the Cheats section inside the Carrington Institute in the Start Menu.
