Judge A Man By The...(30): Complete "Cure For Most of What Ails You" and "Get Back in that Hole, Partner" Survivor Missions.
Kingpin (10): Fight off 8 unique players during your time on top during Land Grab in Multiplayer Free Roam.
Mad Marston: The Trail Warrior (10): Attain Rank 5 in all Undead Nightmare Challenges.
Six Years in The Making (10): Find and kill a sasquatch.
Smoke that Skinwagon (10): Make it to wave 15 in Undead Overrun Gametype in Multiplayer.
Spinning Plates (25): Have every territory saved at the same time during the Undead Nightmare.
The Downward Spiral (10): Complete "Curious Tales from Blackwater, USA" Survivor Mission.
Zed's Dead, Baby (40): Attain 100% Game Completion statistic in Undead Nightmare.

Avatar Awards
By completing certain tasks, you can unlock items that can be worn by your XBOX360 avatar. When you unlock an item, you will receive a message that an avatar award has been unlocked. You may then go to the Customize Avatar menu and open up the Awards sub-menu, where you can find your unlocked items under the Red Dead Redemption header.

Gentleman's Attire: Complete the Rockstar Games Social Club "Skin It To Win It" challenge.
Lady's Finest: Complete the Rockstar Games Social Club "Skin It To Win It" challenge.
Posse T-Shirt: Unlocked when the multiplayer community reaches an unspecified amount of money in The Strike It Rich! Rockstar Challenge.
Red T-shirt with Red Dead Redemption logo: Open a chest in Riley's Charge
Sombrero: Shoot an enemy's hat off their head. I did it during a regular combat situation, but it may work if you shoot a hat off during a duel.
Yellow Rockstar Logo T-Shirt: Open the chest that is in the attic of John Marston's House

Ultimate Honor Reward
If you get max honor and fame, at some point a nun will walk up to you and say she and the other sisters have been gathering stuff to help your righteous cause. She will then give you a cross that makes enemies less likely to hit you! (Note: You must stay honorable for this to keep working, if you go down a level in honor the cross will disappear from your inventory and so will its effects.)

Easy Horse Breaking
When you're breaking a horse, be it for a mission or your own personal amusement, to avoid getting thrown off the horse simply move the left analogue stick left and right repeatedly, ignoring what the game tells you to do. The horse will buck around a bit more than usual, but you'll end up breaking it successfully without the massive aggravation of doing it the standard way.

The Shawshank Redemption in Red Dead Redemption
To the east of Beecher's Hope you can easily spot a broken tree beside the road with a small weathered stone wall under it. This is also the location where the treasure is buried for level 9 of the Treasure Hunter challenge. The location all but identical to the location Morgan Freemans character goes to to collect his treasure in The Shawshank Redemption.
