NOTE: As their name suggests hints are not exactly Ryuusei no RockMan 3: Black Ace cheats, and are usually just simple (but very useful) tips on how you can unlock secret level, features, find hidden areas and such. Hopefully these will make playing Ryuusei no RockMan 3: Black Ace even more entertaining.
Unlock Silver Stars
You need special wireless transmision stuff OR a cheat device:
AA/GJ Star: Defeat Acid Ace BB or Grave Joker RR
Mu Star: Defeat Burai ZZ
Sigma Star: Defeat Moon Disaster Sigma, Apollo Flame Sigma, And Sirius Sigma
Unlock Golden Stars
These stars appear at the title screen. Once you have all 5, you can challenge Crimson Dragon SP.
Black Ace Star: Beat the game for the first time
G Comp Star: Collect all the Giga cards
M Comp Star: Collect all the Mega cards
S Comp Star: Collect all the Standard cards
SS Star: Beat Sirius
Unlock Title Screen
After you've completed story mode, the game will reset it self. Then, you will see a new title screen along with either Geo, Omega-Xis and Shidou says "Shooting Star Rockman 3" instead of "Ryuusei no Rockman 3".
