EX stages
Clear game and continue from the save. Enter the World Map to appears the first EX stage. More other EX stages will be unlocked once you clear the existing EX stage.
New Game+
Any time after you beat the main story line, and have an EX save file, begin a new game and you can load your EX save file, which transfers over money, bestiary, support ranks, level and stats, and skills and skill points.
