Main Cheat Codes
NOTE: These are the main FIFA 2003 cheats that are usually applied by pressing down the right key combination. Please find the instructions on how to use these cheats below.
Edit your soccer.ini file in your game directory and add the following lines for cheats, then run game as usual:
AUTO_TACKLING=1 - Enable Auto Tackling
ONE_ON_ONE=1 - Enable One On One Playmode
WINDOWED=1 - Run Game In A Window
ABSOLUTELY_PERFECT_GOALIES=1 - Goalkeeper Becomes Very Good
CHEAT_EQUAL_TEAM_STATS=1 - Equal Team Stats

Hints
NOTE: As their name suggests hints are not exactly FIFA 2003 cheats, and are usually just simple (but very useful) tips on how you can unlock secret level, features, find hidden areas and such. Hopefully these will make playing FIFA 2003 even more entertaining.
Seoul stadium
Win the International Cup to unlock the Seoul stadium.
Stade de France stadium
Win the Club Championship to unlock the Stade de France stadium.
Easy goals from halfway
When you start a match, change controls to the other team
and hold [Keeper Rush] for the goalkeeper to rush out and
get the ball. Pause game play while still holding [Keeper
Rush] and change back to your side. The other goal keeper
should keep rushing out and slide tacking you. Shoot from
halfway and you should get a goal. Also for laughs, sometimes
the goalkeeper grabs the ball meters from the box and nothing
happens.
