Paragon: Successfully complete the Paragon 3 mission in story mode
Solara: Successfully complete the Venom 3 mission in story mode
Storm: Successfully complete the Storm 3 mission in story mode
Van Roekel: Successfully complete the Paragon 4 mission in story mode
Venom: Successfully complete the Venom 3 mission in story mode

Daily Bugle Rooftop arena
In versus mode, fight as Spider-Man vs. Venom (CPU) in the NYC bridge arena. Win to unlock the Daily Bugle Rooftop arena. Note: You may need to complete the game first.
