Sewers - As Leonardo, successfully complete the Sewers level.
Waterfall - Complete the Turtle's Lair level, as being April.
Sewer Falls - As Raphael, successfully complete the Sewer Falls level.
Dojo Complete - As Casey Jones, successfully complete the Turtle's Lair level.
April's Apartment - As Donatello, successfully complete the April's Apartment 2 level.
Shredder's Palace Exterior - As Leonardo, successfully complete The Lab 12 level.

Unlock Modes
April's Adventure - As Donatello, successfully complete the Ghetto level.
Casey Jones' Adventure - As Raphael, successfully complete the Subway level.
Foot Soldier's Adventure - As Raphael, successfully complete his adventure mode.
Splinter's Adventure - As Leonardo, successfully complete his adventure mode.
