Get Silver Fletcher (another method)
Take the one parked behind the Lassiter Appolyon you are supposed to steal. It's unlocked and no-one chases you!

Unlock Free Ride Extreme mode
To unlock the Free Ride Extreme you have to finish all missions. The Extreme mode allows you to get extra fancy cars (like the super fast taxi). Also there are no cops in this mode.

Easy money
1. Kill the men in the all black suits with the black hat (gangsters) to earn $500 each.
2. Go into the country and speed in a fast car.
3. Blow up cars for $100 each.
4. Drive taxis to earn money.

Get drunk
In mission "Happy Birthday" when you are on steamboat (when you need to assinate the concilour) go to the second floor and into the bar. You will see a glass of wine on the to left of bar. Go there and push "action button". Push as many times as you can (three times) and you will get drunk.

Win the race
On you second turn (i think) there is a left and then a relativly straight road. When you come near to the end of the straight road, you should see a blocked off road with stacks of hay blocking the way. However, there is a little space next to the hay. Simply drive round that stretch of road then when it says checkpoint press "0" to replace the car (or whatever your controls are set to) then it will replace the car at the start line. Do this 4 times and you will the race...

Kill the councilor
When you get to kill the councilor on the steamboat, you could just forget about picking up the key and so .. that's too much of a hassle :) Just get to toilet with sign that says you'll need to get a key from the skipper. Walk to the skipper, talk to him and proceed to the place where the band is playing. The band will stop and the councilor will come out with his guards. When he is talking stand behind him and hit him a few times on the back. All the guards will be shooting at you, with the councilor as a human shield. If he doesn't die at once keep running around him, so that the guards will shoot him for you. After he dies, escape using rescuing boat.

Kill the snipers
Once you are in the Lost Heaven port, you can easily kill snipers on the red cranes. Take a truck or any mean you allow to get the crane base fast and covered. Ride off the truck and look up pointing the sniper on the top. Don't worry about the other sniper, he won't shoot you. First shoot the nearest sniper and you'll find out that the farest sniper is falling down to the ground misteriously. You may use any weapon, no need to use the US Rifle.
