Press [F1] or [Esc] during game to display the in-game menu. Then press [Ctrl]+A+L and type in the desired code:
325 - Get 99 lives
642 - Invincibility
643 - Disable invincibility
589 - Skip to the ending
822 - Get extra bonuses
7## - Warp to a room #
Type any number of these parameters after the program name
on the DOS command line:
-E - Use EGA display
-C - Use CGA display
