Successfully complete the game. After the credits, the cheat mode screen will appear.

Helpful end boss tips
Make sure you complete the entire game. Then the credits will roll. When they have finished rolling, a cheat menu will appear; write down the cheat for further notice. If you are having difficulty defeating the last boss, try my tactic. Lay a bomb and wait under where he walks along. After you hit him 2 times he will call for backup, just keep laying bombs and staying under him. Most of the time his backup won’t hit you but sometimes they shoot at you. In that case just jump over the bullets!
