Press Down, Right, Circle, Square, Left, Triangle, Up, L1 at the main menu. The controller will vibrate to confirm correct code entry. It will not show up on your profile, but it does work in Exhibition mode.

Press L1, L2, Square(2), Triangle, Circle, Down at the main menu. The controller will vibrate to confirm correct code entry. It will not show up on your profile, but it does work in Exhibition mode.

Enter any of the following code at the main menu:

Left,Right,Up,Left,Right,Up,Right,Down: Unlock classic free agents at the player movement menu

Cheat Codes
Enter at the main menu:

Up, Up, Up, Up, Up, Up, Up: All pitches curveball
O, O, O, O, O, O: Every player becomes all star
Left, Down, X, Right, X, O, Up: Home run bat
Up, Up, Down, Down, Up, Down: Really slow pitches
Left, X, O, Left O, X, Down: Rubber ball

Pause Menu Codes
At any time during a game, press the START button to pause and enter any of the following codes at pause menu:
