After you start you dynasty, go to Create Player and create a player with the name of David Hamel. Then you will unlock all of the challenge items:

After selecting your team in Dynasty Mode,choose "team Management," then choose "Create/Edit Player." Enter the following first and last names:
Scott Forbes: Unlock all four-star challenge items and all alumni facilities
Andrew Florey: Unlock all One-Star Challenge Items and bettleing cage Alumni Facility
Justin Cudebec: Unlock all three-star challenge items batting cage, bullpen and practice field alumni facilities
Geo Sarria: Unlock all Two-Star Challenge items and battling cage and bullpen alumni facilities
