Extra Map 1: Beat the game
Extra Map 2: Complete Extra Map 1
Extra Map 3: Complete Extra Map 2
Extra Map 4: Complete Extra Map 3
Extra Map 5: Complete Extra Map 4
Extra Map 6: Beat over 30 floors of a random dungeon with level 300 enemies at the bottom.
Extra Map 7: Beat maps 1 - 6.
Extra Map 8: Unlock Map 6 and beat a random dungeon with 50 floors with enemies over level 500 at the bottom.
Extra Map 9: Unlock Map 6, 8 and beat a random dungeon with 99 floors, and enemies over level 1000 at the bottom.
Extra Map 10: Beat Extra Map 9

Unlock Snakish Sword
In the "Lifting and Throwing" tutorial you get your hands on the Snakish sword. To get this rare item, keep the sword instead of lifting it. Then after your turns run out you will obtain the sword.
