Main Cheat Codes
NOTE: These are the main The Getaway cheats that are usually applied by pressing down the right key combination. Please find the instructions on how to use these cheats below.
Free roam mode & all extra features
During the FMV before the main menu, press Triangle, Triangle,
Triangle, Left, Square, Triangle, Triangle, Triangle, Left,
Circle. Repeat code to disable.
Unlimited ammunition without reloading
During the FMV before the main menu, press Up, Down, Left,
Right, Triangle, Up, Down, Left, Right, Square. Repeat code
to disable.
Double health
During the FMV before the main menu, press Up, Up, Left, Left,
Right, Right, Circle, Circle, Down. Repeat code to disable.
Armored car weapon
During the FMV before the main menu, press Up, Down, Left, Right, Square, Triangle, Circle. Press L3 to fire. Repeat code to disable.

Infinite Ammo Cheat
During the FMV that precedes the main menu, press UP, DOWN,
LEFT, RIGHT, TRIANGLE, UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, SQUARE. Repeating
the code disables it.
Full Recovery
When you have been shot, and you badly need health walk up
to a wall (any) and stand next to it close he will then lean
up against it, it may take a few seconds but wait till he
gets off, he will have a full recovery.
Kelvin Deamer mode
Successfully complete the game to unlock free roaming mode.
Then, go to the golf cart that you will find in one of the
parks. Press Up, Down, Triangle, Down, Triangle, Left, Right,
Circle, to be transformed into a character known as Kelvin
Deamer.
Hints
NOTE: As their name suggests hints are not exactly The Getaway cheats, and are usually just simple (but very useful) tips on how you can unlock secret level, features, find hidden areas and such. Hopefully these will make playing The Getaway even more entertaining.

Better aim
If you want to aim better and shoot twice as faster use this cheat. When you get into a gun fight in stead of pressing and holding R2 for aiming, hold R1, then it will atomaticly aim at the toughest enemy then tap Square to shoot faster.
