Fill all Motives

press L2, R1, Left, Circle, Up. Then click on the gnome and
select Fix Motives.
Get 10,000 Simoleons
Enable the Cheat Gnome code, then pause the game and quickly
press L1, R2, Right, Square, L3. Then click on the gnome and
select Give Money.
Unlock all locations
