To unlock the following characters, complete the Bonus Mini-Game in the corresponding level.

Twisted Metal: Lost Unlockables
Successfully completing Twisted Metal: Lost under certain difficulty levels will unlock secret characters and a secret level. The Port Of Death is not playable in Story mode.

***12-Pac, Gold Tooth, and the Port Of Death are not selectable in the Twisted Metal: Head On portion of the game.***

12-Pac: Successfully complete Story mode under the Medium difficulty setting.
Gold Tooth: Successfully complete Story mode under the Hard diificulty setting.
Port Of Death: Successfully complete Story mode under the Medium difficulty setting
