In the CHEATS menu, select "Enter new cheat" and hit the frets(one at a time) in a specific order to unlock something.

All Slider Gems: Yellow, Green, Yellow(3), Red, Blue, Red.
Auto Kick: Yellow, Green, Yellow, Blue(2), Red, Blue, Red.
Electrika Steel: Blue(2), Red, Yellow, Red, Yellow, Blue(2).
Focus Mode: Yellow(2), Green(2), Red(2), Blue(2).
HUD Free Mode: Green, Red, Green, Red, Yellow, Blue, Green, Red.
Invisible Characters: Green, Red, Yellow, Green, Yellow, Blue, Yellow, Green
Most Characters: Blue, Yellow, Green, Yellow, Red, Green, Red, Yellow.

Trophies
Complete each requirement to receive the Trophies. There are 38 Bronze Trophies, 8 Silver Trophies, 2 Gold Trophies, and 1 Platinum Trophy.

A Cool Mill (Bronze): Score over 1,000,000 points as a band in any single song in Career or Quickplay
A New Challenge Awaits (Silver): Complete 50 of the Career Challenges at Platinum or Diamond
Face to Face (Bronze): Complete 25 online Pro Face-Off matches, win or lose
Fevered Pitch (Bronze): 100% a song as a vocalist
Four of a Kind (Bronze): Complete a song as 4 of the same instrument on any difficulty in Quickplay or Career
Glimmer (Bronze): Earn 111 Stars in Career
Iced Out (Bronze): Earn Diamond level on a Career Challenge
In the Moment (Bronze): Successfully complete a Band Moment
Jack of All Trades (Bronze): Complete at least one challenge for every instrument at Gold level or better
M.C. (Bronze): Host an online Career game and play a song
My First Gig (Bronze): Complete a Career gig on any difficulty
Nation's Star (Silver): Complete 50% of the gigs in Career
Nice to Meet You (Silver): Complete the gigs and unlock all of the celebrity characters
Picture Perfect (Bronze): Streak through an entire song without missing a note on medium or harder difficulty
Platinum Blonde (Bronze): Earn Platinum level on a Career Challange
