In the Level Select Menu.

Unlock 8bit Sound Track: press L1, R1, L2 R, L3, R3, Start and Select all at the same time

Coffin Kicker (Bronze): Kick open the Coffin Rocket 20 times
Collateral (Silver): Kill 250 enemies with environmental hazards
Ms. Perfect (Silver): Complete any level while taking no damage
Pro Vamp (Gold): Finish every level with the ranking 'Dhampir'
Skulltastic (Silver): Collect all the ancient vampire skulls
Survived to Sunrise (Silver): Complete the game
That Funky Puncher (Bronze): Defeat Crab Puncher without getting hit
The Last Bullet (Bronze): Kill 5 enemies with a single gunshot
Walking on Air (Bronze): Hop on 50 heads in a row without touching the ground
