Ancient Scholar (Bronze): Collect all Archive artifacts.
Artifact Collector (Bronze): Collect all Artifacts.
Bone Collector (Bronze): Collect all items.
Boss Only Mode (Bronze): Obtain the Mysterious Button.
Brave Knight (Silver): Defeat Boss Only mode.
Magic Knight (Silver): Defeat NORMAL, Magic Knight mode.
Music Room (Silver): Obtain the Music Room Key.
Pale Mist Knight (Gold): Defeat PLANERIEL, Knight of Nightmare mode.
Sacred Knight (Silver): Defeat HARD, Sacred Knight mode.
Terror Knight (Silver): Defeat FEAR, Terror Knight mode.
Vizet Boot Camp (Bronze): Finish Tutorial.

Unlockable Modes
Complete the following requirements to unlock each mode

Boss Only Mode: Obtain the Mysterious Button from the enemy D’Artagnan on stage 5 (Normal mode and up only)
Fear difficulty (Hard Mode+): Obtain the terror medallion from one of the 3 black star enemies on stage 4 (Hard mode only) Then beat the game on Hard mode
Music Room: Locate the music room key on stage 6 (Normal Mode and up only)
Planeriel difficulty (Hard Mode++): Obtain the nightmare medallion from the nightmare of legend enemy on stage 3 (Fear mode only) Then beat the game on Fear mode
