Crisis Missions: Beat Arcade mode once
Freeplay (aka unlimited continues): Beat Arcade mode once
Unlimited Handgun Ammo: Beat Arcade mode once
Unlimited Special Weapons Ammo: Beat Arcade mode twice

Secrets: More continues
Getting Game Over on Story Mode multiple times will increase the number of continues you have until you have infinite continues.

Trophies
There are 3 Bronze Trophies, 6 Silver Trophies, and 1 Gold Trophy.

Finished Game (Evan) (Bronze): Finish a one player game with Evan.
Finished Game (Giorgio) (Bronze): Finish a one player game with Giorgio.
Finished Game (Two Players) (Bronze): Finish a two player game with Giorgio and Evan.
Sharpshooter (Evan) (Silver): Finish a one player game with Evan with a score of 3500000 points or more.
Sharpshooter (Giorgio) (Silver): Finish a one player game with Giorgio with a score of 3500000 points or more.
Speedster (Evan) (Silver): Finish a one player game with Evan in 31 min. or less.
Speedster (Giorgio) (Silver): Finish a one player game with Giorgio in 31 min. or less.
Top Agent (Evan) (Silver): Finish a one player game with Evan without using any continues
Top Agent (Giorgio) (Silver): Finish a one player game with Giorgio without using any continues
Ultimate Duo (Gold): Finish a two player game with Giorgio and Evan without using any continues
