Secret Acts
After finishing Story Mode, you can go back and choose the first option (Act Select) to play each Act individually. This is easier than playing the whole story again.

Secret Act 1: Get an A or above on all 12 Acts.
Secret Act 2: Beat Secret Act 1.

Secret Characters
Chi-Chi, Mai, Oozaru, Fu Lum, Piccolo: Finish Story Mode once.
Neo Piccolo: Beat Secret Act 2.

Alternate Costumes
On the Character selection screen Press and hold R+L and select your character. If you did it right, your character will appear with his/her alternate costume.
