Defeat Magruder to unlock the Cannon Nock Gun and the Seven Barrel Nock Gun:

Cavalry Sword: Defeat Reed
Dual Peacemakers: Defeat Hoodoo Brown

Unlock Character Skins
These skins are unlocked by beating the high scores on each of the Quick Play challenge games.

Dodge Whore: Score exactly 10 points on Fire Fight
Hollister Thug 1: Score 150 or more points on Quail Hunt
Hollister Thug 2: Score 100 or more points on Hold The Fort
Port: Score 100 or more points on Suppress The Outlaws
Red Hand Thug: Score 40 or more points on Bear Hunt
Rude: Score 50 or more points on Hollister's Dynamite Run
