Using Hex Workshop 3.1, target file: save.idx. When you open the saved game the program will show you to the left the character stats. The address to start is 00001fee. To add 99 to constitution for example, the hex numbers are 3939.

Change item stats
If you want to change the stats of an item, go into the program files folder in the C drive, select digital tome, or digita~1, go into the only folder that pops up, open art lib, then resources, then database, then items. Make a backup in case you screw something up. Now, find the item you want, and put 999 in all spaces before the placement (head, leg1, weapon, etc.) or however many you want. to get the item. Go into the conversations folder (up 2) go into one of the people near you and type

script=player.additem(internal name)

internal name is the name that appears in the item document (CD_BootsVorewormSkin, etc.). To get training points, do the same thing but type

script=player.setprop(trainingpoints=#)

replace # with up to 9999

One of the first things you should do if you want a cool armor is to sell the letter that tells the quartermaster to give you an armor. You will get over 1800 credit thingies for it and you can use that to buy an armor from the guy in the south gate. (I got all gold armor and a broad sword with the money from the letter. Normally you get crappy studded leather and a long sword.)
