Push Ctrl+Alt+Shift to get cheat screen on the top left corner and then type:

i am weak - lets you build anything for free

pay tribute to your king - gives most of the prizes for you to build in your city, for that the people like it better

call cousin vinnie - put this in, then go to the chat with city helpers and it will say local fund raising advent click YES and you will get 100,000 dollars.(it only works one or two times.) If you say NO it will say something that you did the right thing and you will get another cheat code ZYXWUV. Then when you put that code in, go to prizes, and it will be called simcity castle(it helps the city that you are in.)

power to the masses - gives you all the power plants.

water in the desert - gives you all the water structures.
