These are not official cheats and you must follow the instructions CAREFULLY! Use Notepad to open "GunList.ini" file (make a backup first!) located in the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Activision Value\Top Shot 2\DATA\items\GUNS
Find the following lines in it:

Change the number after equal signs to change the corresponding value, i.e:
GunType - There is nothing you can edit here.
GunShootingType - There is nothing you can edit here.
Feed - How many bullets or shels the weapon can fire before reloading.
RateOfFire - How many bullets per minute can be fired.
MuzzleVelocity - How fast the bullets go (in feet per second).
Weight - No real use.
GunSway - How steady your hand is with a weapon (don't put zero because the gun will not function properly).
RecoilTilt - An angle the gun will recoil at.
RecoilDistance - How far the gun will jump when fired (set to 0.01 for no recoil).
DispersionAngle - How much the bullets spread when fired.
DelayBetweenBullets - Sets the rate of fire.
GunFlashID - Sets the style of the muzle flash.
GunFlashSize - Self explanatory (don't make it too big).
GunReloadTime - Self explanatory.
Easy Skeet Mission Win
Whenever you go to play any of the Skeet missions, whether its double or single or regular, the shotgun is by far your best choice. Because it uses buckshot bullets, you almost never miss. Note: you can also use this in tournaments because it works really well.
