To unlock the secret characters you must successfully beat that character in a character match in 1 player mode!
Capcom Costumes
Complete the following to unlock the specific Capcom Costume!
Apollo (For Jack): Win all Gold Trophies on Tournament mode.
Arthur (For Carlos): Complete all Ring Shot challenges on all 8 courses.
Chun Li (For Lisa): Complete Target Golf - Second Shot on all 3 difficulties.
Guile (For Brian): Win all Gold Trophies on Mirror Tournament mode.
Jill (For Yuki): Complete Target Golf - Putting on all 3 difficulties.
Ken (For Mark): Win 1 Friend Play match.
Morrigan (For Stephanie): Win 1 World Play match.
Pearl Fey (For Annie): Complete Target Golf - Tee Shot on all 3 difficulties.
Rose (For Marissa): Win all Gold Trophies on Pro Tournament mode.
Ryu (For Tony): Complete Target Golf - Approach Shots on all 3 difficulties.
Sakura (For Meg): Complete all the Wii-Remote tutorials after clicking on it during a Tournament/Strokes session.
Zack (For Leo): Hit every green in Near Pin Contest on all 3 courses.
