To dress your team in classic uniforms, go to the Setup screen
and change the Uniform selection from Standard to Classic.

NOTE: As their name suggests hints are not exactly World Series Baseball cheats, and are usually just simple (but very useful) tips on how you can unlock secret level, features, find hidden areas and such. Hopefully these will make playing World Series Baseball even more entertaining.
How to Get Medals
All of the Medals that you earn in Franchise mode are based
on team stats, and where you finished in these categories
in the league.
Gold = 1st
Silver = 2nd
Bronze = 3rd
Great Glove - best fielding %
Pitching Ace - best ERA
Strikeout King - most Ks
Speed Demon - most SBs
Golden Slugger - most HRs
Batting Champ - best batting avg.
Dominant Team - Most wins in regular season
Cellar Dweller - Most Losses in regular season
Tightwad - least BP spent Big Spender - most BP spent
Easy homeruns
When batting with a good home run hitter, make sure the ball is being pitched in the red area of your strike zone. Move your batting pointer directly below the ball. Swing your bat for a greater chance of a homerun. To hit home runs easier, place the batting cursor under the ball, not on it but off of it.

Get the most out of trades
Create a player with all skills at 100. All other teams will want this player(s) so much that they will give you some of their best players through a trade.
Get best players
Play in season or franchise mode. Offer trades for the best
players, then override their rejections if they refuse.
