type Xanadu in its place. Unicorn will then appear in animal
menu.
Deinosuchus
Complete all the scenarios and when the last one is done,
click "No" to go to the scenario selection screen. You will
get a message about that scenario and be told that the Deinosuchus
(giant salt water crocodile) has been unlocked to use anywhere.
When you make an exhibit, place three large rocks (which satisfy most animals, but not all --the warthog which is happier with more) and put all the foliage in one corner and a few others scattered through the exhibit but quite a bit apart. If you clump it all in one corner, once the animals are in the green bar with happiness, with thier foliage stop. Doing this with two or three exhibits will easily win you the award.
Easy fence repair
Instead of waiting for a maintenance worker, just buy the
same kind of fence and replace the deteriorating part. If
you are low on money, pick up the worker and move him to the
fence. However, there is no guarantee he will work on it --
they will just walk away.
Find zoo.ini file in you game's install directory. If read-only attribute is set, click on file properties and turn it off. Now, open it using Notepad, find the following lines, and change them as you like:
"MSStartingCash=10000000" - Starting cash
"MSCashIncrement=500000" - Increasing money
"MSMinCash=500000" - Min limit
"MSMaxCash=10000000" - Max limit
Save the changes you've made, and start the game. Don't forget that this doesn't affect your saved games, only new games.
