Women and Men are essentially the same thing except women get a few physiological drawbacks and hurt easier (higher incidence of strain injuries in sports and particularly sanitation and proneness to injury problems during long marches make them less suitable for most military front line services - oh and PMS) while men get testosterone that makes them predictable and risk taking which means more auto deaths, more crime, more killings and fights in anger, more prone to make stupid decisions but somewhat better in a pretty limited subset (fighting/combat/war/competition) half of which they invent as an outlet for themselves anyway

Lets just say neither sex is 'ideal'
