Hey now. In all seriousness, Tesla rocked. The guy had a whole slew of inventions that no one really saw the value of until more than fifty years after he died (and in some cases, close to 100 years after they were invented) - not the least of which were AC induction motors (which lead to modern day power generators), precursors to the X-ray machine, radio communication devices, remote control systems, wireless electrical transmission (Which modern science is only now figuring out how to duplicate) and, probably most importantly to the everyday person, rechargeable batteries. Plus, he was nuts enough to not only design a death ray, but _call_ the damn thing a death ray.
Mad scientist? Yes, have some.
Meh. They claimed he was a communist - but then, they claimed just about everyone was a communist during the middle 20th century. Sure, he was from a Communist country; but I'd like to point out he lived and worked in the US, most of his patents were here, and he quit working with Edison because he wasn't getting paid enough. There's enough of a conspiracy theory that the government branded him a Communist just to get ahold of his patents (many of which are still sealed).
Anyway, though, I agree - he wouldn't wear a mohawk. He always had his hair parted down the middle: therefore, I submit to you... The Teslahawk
Imagine, if you will, a mohawk parted down the center into a V shape. With arcs of electricity running between it.
Hm, did not know about the communist branding, but it is unsurprising.
Just another way to promote the USA, no doubt; Edison getting all the credit and Tesla (a "commie") being exploited.
A shame such a genius was overshadowed by the inventor of light bulbs.
Geo-politics and the prejudice they bring are a blight.
No, he wasnt a communist. Communism only existed as an idea till he was about 60 years old. He was actually a religious man, because his father was a priest.
And no, country where he came from wasnt communist either till 2 years after he died.

communists didn't do mohawk
