Yeah, this happens to me all the time. Lately I've been playing tonnes of Squad Deathmatch in BC2, and for a while I'd dream of dwarves and dark spawn too.
I think you'd first dream of Kratos ripping your head off than laying in bed with you, but maybe that's just me. That scene got to me and I didn't even play it, watched it on the trailer.
Only one game troubled me in my sleep, that I recall: Nukem 3D (I was a kid, re-imagining my elementary school classroom in DK3D's map maker with strippers, a hanged man and whatnot)
Also, WoW bothered me when I would lie in bed trying to fall asleep and after waking up. Varied thoughts from it kept coming to my head unconditionally back when I was playing it all day 24/7.
Some things will "haunt" you out of sheer importance, whether you acknowledge that importance or not. But mostly it's just too much of something that makes it pop in our minds spontaneously, video games or otherwise.
funny.
When I go to bed, I hear explosions and gunfire. Bad Company2.
lol
also beautiful people tend to be stupid, so that might also be the explanation?
smart wants stupid, stupid wants smart.
