I barely remember how medal of honor plays the last one i remember is airborne and thats just coz you fall out of the plane when you respawn the last medal of honor seemed like too much was going on to be that memorable EA should take something else out of rotation like The Sims
Medal of Honor series peaked at Omaha beach landing when they copypasted Saving Private Ryan.
Then the devs went on to make the first Call of Duty, while EA continued making uninspired sequels. And then Activision went on to make uninspired, but more successful sequels.
So in a sense, the Omaha beach scene from Saving Private Ryan has been the root of at least 10+ games and a style of iconic, cinematic gritty combat that we have seen over and over.
I wonder if Janusz Kaminski has any idea of what he has done to video gaming?
I've still got the Allied Assault box with the two expansions. I tried to play AA online last year but it uses Gamespy so needless to say I had no joy finding a game.
