Any fans of the AD&D Forgotten Realms games (from TSR, Inc.) who have been awaiting the next generation, your wait is over.
Baldur's Gate returns us to the familiar lands that we traversed in Pools of Darkness, Eye of the Beholder, and all of the other thrilling adventures in the Forgotten Realms.
Don't just expect a game that is a step or two above your previous experiences because this game is leaps and bounds ahead of previous efforts in this series.
The interface is cleaner, the story line is nonlinear and much more advanced, the graphics are outstanding, and essentially everything has been vastly improved.
Note: This is a rolling demo.
