Battle Isle: The Andosia War Demo

Battle Isle®: The Andosia War is Blue Byte's fifth launch into the universe of the classic Battle Isle series. Battle Isle (1991), Battle Isle 2/Battle Isle 2200(1993), Battle Isle 3/Battle Isle 2220(1995), the various data disks and award-winning Incubation (1997) rank among the milestones of turn-based strategy games and have introduced outstanding innovations to the genre again and again.

In keeping with the tradition of the Battle Isle series, The Andosia War will also have a turn-based tactical component that will demand well-honed strategic action from the player but will also allow the player the time needed to consider his moves. The player moves within an extremely realistic 3D scenario in which cycles of day and night, weather conditions and even the tides become important factors in the strategic decision making process.

In Battle Isle®: The Andosia War, Blue Byte has integrated a real-time environment in which the well-planned use of resources, efficient production and well-directed research form the basis for each military action. The player controls the real-time economy while his opponent plans his tactical actions.
