You play Gunlok, a lone member of the Advanced Special Forces Group. The machines have won, but humans continue to strive against them. After a period of training and contemplation you are now in absolute control of your battle armour and Earth Powers. You decide now is the time to strike back. Now is the time to take the fight to The Corporation...

Gunlok is a '3D team based action strategy' game, from Rebellion, the developers of the number one world-wide hit Aliens vs. Predator. As the game starts the player sets out on a quest to destroy The Corporation, along the way solving puzzles and battling robots as he strives to free mankind. During the game Gunlok picks up companions and together, through team co-operation and using each other's unique abilities, they battle their way to a final confrontation with the evil at the heart of The Corporation.

Being an action game, fights are in real time and involve powerful weaponry. As the game progresses, your armoury grows more impressive with innovative Plasma weapons, Lasers, Nanofrags and Epulsars in addition to trusty favourites like missiles and grenades. There is also a full range of character enhancing pickups to give better vision, shields, scanners etc. An intuitive line of sight feature is included - making it advantageous to position your character so that their gun hand is free to shoot round corners, walls, obstacles etc.

You play the game in a full 3D world, every level intricately detailed. The custom designed game engine allows the camera to be fully controlled by the player with zoom, rotate, move and tilt all supported, allowing the player to view the world from every angle while guiding their team through the complex 3D landscapes.

With 15 massive levels featuring a host of enemies to destroy and a multitude of puzzles to solve, a multi-player mode that incorporates several different game types and a training level. Gunlok will keep you playing well into the 21st century...
