The Olympic CyberGym consists of three events from the Virtual Gym, which is a feature in Sydney 2000 - the official videogame of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
Duck Shoot - Shoot the targets. Press the up button to move the crosshair up, the down button to move the crosshair down and the left and right buttons to move the crosshair left and right. Use the action button to fire the rifle - there is a limited number of shots.
Bench Press - Use rapid alternating presses of the left and right buttons to build-up power for the lift. When the athlete's arms are fully extended, press and hold the action button to lower the bar to the athlete's chest.
Light Wall - Touch the lights as they are illuminated. Press the left button to touch lights in the left-hand bank, press the up-button to touch the lights in the central bank and press the right button to touch lights in the right-hand bank. The number on the light indicates the number of times the button has to be tapped for the athlete to touch the light (e.g. tapping the left key twice will cause the athlete to touch the middle of the left-hand bank).
The game has support for several languages.
