Based on the Living Battlefield engine that made its debut with Panzer General II, this turn-based strategy game takes a speculative look at the Eastern Hemisphere in the year 2005.

Triggered by the fall of the once great Soviet Empire, a lurking China strikes out to gain back its occupied homelands and to plunder Siberia's wealth of resources.

Two campaigns allow players to fight the war as either China or the Russian-American Coalition and the armies of 19 different nations are available to the player across 36 additional scenarios.

Armies will feature hypothetical prototype weaponry based on extensive research of each nation's military development schedules.
