File Synopsis

XGames Pro Boarder delivers the world's best snowboarders, nine intense levels, 2112 trick combinations, a slammin' soundtrack with Foo Fighters, Rancid, and NOFX, and full freedom 3D to let you ride the whole mountain.

Why be a poser when you can be a pro?

Electronic Arts has released the demo for ESPN Digital Games' X Games Pro Boarder, giving players the chance to ride as their favorite professional snowboarder, compete against the world's best professionals for X Games medals, and ride down a fully 3D mountain with no boundaries.

X Games Pro Boarder features levels that mirror the broadcast presentation of the Winter X Games, ESPN's signature winter alternative sports competition and allows the player to ride as a top boarding pro.

Adding to the game's realistic feel, players can create their own style and technique as well as pull off signature moves of the professionals - from huge 1440°'s to Judo 720°'s. 3Dfx support is provided.

Here's a solution for those people having problems with the Pro Border Demo: The trick is to "hide" the movies from the game. To do this, run Explorer, and go to the directory that the demo is installed. By default, this is "C:/Program Files/X Games Pro Border Demo". Find, and rename the "Movies" directory. It doesn't matter what you call it, as long as it isn't "Movies". Once this is done, you should be able to run the demo.
