Burnout: Championship Drag Racing Patch

The 1.23 changes:

1. Fixed a problem that caused version 1.22 to work incorrectly on mplayer.com.
2. Fixed a problem in the engine setup that allowed unrealisticly large valve sizes in an engine with a bore size too small to accommodate them. NOTE: This may cause some of your saved car setups to have invalid engine combinations, so you should double check all of your engines and fix them if this is the case. If you have an engine that ends up being affected by this version, you can choose "Auto Calculate" on the ENGINE - valve size pulldown, and readjust them to get your motor running again.
3. Updated Network Version checking for game compatibility. You must be running the same version of Burnout as the Host machine.
