File Synopsis
An unsupported beta patch which will update Grand Prix Legends 1.2 so that it will run properly on 1.7Ghz and higher machines. You must download the correct country patch that is appropriate for your copy of Grand Prix Legends, and you must already have the GPL 1.2 Patch installed.
There is also an official v1.2 patch
The GPL disconnect fix is an unsupported beta patch that should significantly reduce disconnects when running multiplayer GPL races.
The DirectX 7 Direct3D Rasterizer is unsupported Beta software, use at your own risk. Do not contact Sierra or Papyrus for technical support if used.
- Requires at least DirectX 7.
- Works on GeForces and TNTs.
- Uses a Z buffer to gain a 60% frame rate improvement over not using a Z buffer
- Mirror images are twice the resolution as compared to the other rasterizers.
- Supports resolutions up to 2048x1536.
- Can run in a window.
