File Synopsis
This patch corrects the following problems:
- CPU will not call fouls frequently enough.
- If the user saves a userlog with the difficulty as "default", when the userlog is loaded, the difficulty will reset to "rookie". The same applies to the shot control.
- Game will hang when inbounding the ball to the backcourt under certain conditions.
- Season Game Wrapup speech in German says the same sentence twice.
- Rules will reset to arcade defaults the next time the game is started if "Foul Outs" are set higher than 2.
- Slider for "Floor Shininess" in the details menu will always be initialized to the default.
- DELETE and CANCEL userlog buttons mislabelled in German, French, and Spanish.
