Plane Crazy Patch

Changes:

• Stopped joystick fire button selecting and firing powerup simultaneously.
• Fixed bug that sounds from previous course were not being deleted when new course loaded. (Now makes better use of available memory)
• Eliminated possible crash due to setting volume of non-loaded sound effect.
• Added ambient sound loops for timeout screens/end of race screens.
• Slicker control of certain sounds stopping at the right time at timeout stage.
• Game now remembers users' startup-dialog settings, so they don't have to constantly change the graphics card or res etc.
• Allowed user to select preferred sound driver.
• Fixed bug which meant sandhit sound never played when you hit off the sand.
• Fixed bug which meant that the "sand and engine oil do not mix" sound didn't play.
• Prevented CD from stopping and starting when going from the end of a championship stage back to front end.
• Deleted planes which were hanging motionless in the air after time out.
• Louder sound on the video intro.
• Added sounds of rival planes' engines including ghost race.
• More realistic fade in/out for certain sound effects. This is for the sounds of the crates, pulleys and fans in the Dockland Dive course.
• Added a rumble sound after the main player explosion.
• Fixed changing sound detail to high then going back to current course crashes
