This is the long awaited patch for those of you who enjoyed Postal 2 but simply could not stand the load times. Not only does it resolve those lengthy transitions between parts of the towns but tons of new content is added as well including an intricate sewer system full of Middle Eastern terrorists. New difficulty levels, new cheats, more bloodshed, it's all included.
