Fix for some intermittent crashes to Windows due to a bug in the mouth movement code.
Book options now will save to disk.
Put in several workarounds to try and address DirectSound related problems experienced on a few hardware/driver combinations. Added "ForceSoftware" keyword to the Audio section of the RTKRONDOR.INI settings. Setting "ForceSoftware=1" will force the sound card to use system RAM for sound buffers, rather than onboard RAM. In one case this resulted in improved performance, and it could possibly help with other driver inconsistencies.
