Fixes and Additions:
- nostars on the command line disables the museum 2 stars that caused problems with some 3D cards.
- noforce on the command line disables force feedback.
- New utility 'prm2ncp.exe' for creating collision files from instance model files extracted with the Revolt MAX plug-in.
- 3D sound support for Aureal A3D 1.0, DirectSound 3D and DirectSound3D with EAX 2.0. (Latest sound drivers needed)
