Ubi Sues Over Assassin's Creed PC Leak
As you should know by now, the PC version of Assassin's Creed was launched back in April. However, things didn't go as smoothly as Ubisoft planned. The publisher filed a lawsuit against Charlotte, North Carolina-based Optical Experts Manufacturing, the same company it had contracted to reproduce copies of the game disc.

National Institute on Media and the Family (NIMF) gave the games industry a "C" in its annual Video Game Report Card. Amongst other findings, the Institute calls the industry an "ominous backslide," indicating a 42% success rate of children purchasing M-rated games.
