Too Human review
Creativity isn’t exactly the art team’s forte. Apart from the feeble-looking characters, the environments are mostly bland and unimaginative. The art style in general borrows from every triple-A game ever released on the Xbox 360 (think Halo, Mass Effect and so on).

Epic and Silicon (Still) Going to Trial Over UE3
GameDaily.com has word that Epic Games' motion to dismiss Silicon Knight's Unreal Engine 3 lawsuit has been thrown out by the judge. Meaning that Silicon Knight's claims that Epic hasn't provided sufficient support, nor a reasonably usable game engine in Unreal Engine 3, to be used for SK's action game Too Human, will reach a trial.

This one is known more for Silicon's claims that, because they weren't getting enough support from Epic, they had to ditch Unreal Engine 3 mid-development and rebuild the game on proprietary code, than for its gameplay.
