Today's Controversy: Sony Online Entertainment Hacked, Credit Card Information Stolen, Service Offline
It just gets worse and worse for Sony. Now Sony Online Entertainment, the service behind Everquest, Planetside, Star Wars Galaxies and the like (the like being games released within the last five years, I hope) has now been taken offline and the account information has been compromised.

SOE Reveals 'EverQuest Next'
Hm, looks like we missed this one during the weekend. Sony Online Entertainment has confirmed that the next EverQuest game is in development. Since they have no official title, they're currently referring to the project as 'EverQuest Next' - and, yes, it's a classic MMOG, just in case you were wondering.
